By 3:00 pm: Trainers report to the Rio Blanco County Fairgrounds, 700 Sulphur Creek Road in Meeker, Colorado
5:00 pm: Trainer check-in, stalls claimed and orientation
6:00-7:00 pm: Trainers meet with judges at outdoor arena stands and walk through obstacle course
7:00 pm: Pizza dinner (provided by MMM)

9 a.m: Obstacle In-Hand Adult & Youth
12-1 p.m: Break and Schooling
1 p.m: Mustang Horse Show begins
1pm Youth Rail
1:20pm Ranch Rail
1:40pm One Man Ranch Sorting
2:40pm Hunter Hack Over Fences
3:20pm Barrels
4 p.m: Horse Show Ends
6-9 p.m: Mustang Mingle
4H Community Building at Fairgrounds: Delicous food, drinks (with the Mustang Margarita), Live Music by the Borad Band from Steamboat Springs, and a superb silent auction with art, jewelry, and fun adventures that include horseback rides, fishing guides, airplane rides and more. $35/plate.
