Important Dates/Times

This page lists off the dates and times that trainers need to be at various MMM events. Please refer to this for any deadlines and arrival times.

  • APRIL 24

    Noon until 5:00 p.m. - Chaperoned Viewing for the public and the trainers.

    *Trainers may register during this time

    APRIL 25

    6:30 a.m. To  8:00 a.m.  -  Registration

    7:00 a.m. To  8:00 a.m.  -  Trainer viewing of mustangs

    8:00 a.m. To  8:20 a.m.  -  Q & A session; BLM, Dr. Gotchey, and Trainer speaking of "How to market your mustang"

    8:20 a.m. To  8:45 a.m.  -  Double draw for Trainers to pick their mustang

    8:45 a.m. To  9:00 a.m.  -  Bring yearling in for the start of the Nick Mantle Clinic and "Load out" of mustangs can begin

    9:00 a.m.  To  5:00 p.m.  - Nick Mantle "Starting Your Yearling" Clinic

    12:00 p.m. To 1:00 p.m. -  Lunch Break 

    1:00 p.m.  To  5:00 p.m.  -  Continuation of clinic

  • MMM will confirm with scheduled trainers on June 1, 2026 that they will be attending the Back-On-Track Clinic. Scheduled trainers will be asked to check in no later than 8:00 p.m. on June 12, 2026 or notify MMM of the date/time of arrival. 

    Bryan Neubert is this year’s clinician!

  • Trainer arrival and check-in by 3:00 p.m. at RBCF on September 17, 2026.

  • Trainers are required to attend this event on September 18th

    These are MMM’s official public pages. Trainers do not post directly here, but content from your updates may be shared to help promote you and your mustang. Be sure to tag MMM in your personal posts for additional visibility—we do our best to reshare and support you!

    MMM has an official TikTok page where we share fun, engaging, and behind-the-scenes content from the Makeover. Trainers are encouraged to post their own videos and tag MMM—we will do our best to repost, share, and highlight your content. This is a great way to expand your reach, showcase your mustang’s personality, and help build excitement leading up to the event.

    This is your main communication hub for the 2026 Meeker Mustang Makeover. Use this private group to ask questions, receive updates from MMM, and connect with fellow trainers. This space is for collaboration, support, and staying informed throughout the event.
