THURSDAY, AUGUST 21ST (Trainer Specific):

By 3:00 pm - Trainers report to the Rio Blanco County Fairgrounds, 700 Sulphur Creek Road in Meeker, Colorado

5:00 pm - Trainer check-in, stalls claimed and orientation

6:00-7:00 pm - Trainers meet with judges at outdoor arena stands and walk through obstacle course

7:00 pm - Pizza dinner (provided by MMM)

Friday, August 22nd: 

8:00-9:00 am Obstacle In-hand adult

9:00 -10:30am Obstacle youth in hand

10:30 -11:00am BREAK

11:00-12:00 noon: Under saddle Obstacle/Cow

12-1pm BREAK AND SCHOOLING

1:00 pm Start of Mustang Horse Show 

    1:00 Youth rail 

    1:20 Ranch Rail 

    1:40 One Man Ranch Sorting

    2:40 Hunter Hack Over Fences 

    3:20 Barrels

3:40 to 4:00pm BREAK

4:00-5:00pm: Under Saddle Obstacle/Cow

6:00-9:00pm Mustang Mingle: Food, Drinks, Music, Silent Auction     $35 Dinner

Saturday, August 23rd:

9:30- 10:00am BREAK

10- 12:00: Youth and In Hand Freestyle

12-12:30: BREAK

12:30-1:30: WESTERNAIRES

1:30-1:45 BREAK

1:45: OPENING CEREMONIES: Westernnaires and Former MMM Mustangs

2:00 -5pm: Freestyles Under Saddle

5-5:30pm BREAK JUDGES DELIBERATIONS (Kids activities in arena)

5:30-6pm AWARDS

6:00-7:30pm AUCTION
